What is good bad art?
In good-bad art, movies have to fail in the right ways – in interesting or especially absurd ways. Some bad art is too bad – it’s just boring, or self-indulgent or overwrought. Even big failures aren’t enough to make something so bad it’s good.

Is there such a thing as bad art?
It depends on who the viewer is. If you’re looking at a piece of artwork as a museum curator, the piece will have to be of a certain caliber, a certain quality, and have an essense that holds its own place in the history of art. If you’re looking at art as just an art lover, there is no such thing as bad art.
What defines bad art?
Bad Art is unchallenging, safe, and stale. Art that has nothing new to offer, nothing interesting to bring to the table. I think that the worst art is art that has the least capacity to be disliked by the viewer.
What makes art good or bad?
Some consider the commitment of the artist as the key to good art, while others state good art sticks in your mind as a positive memory, others say it has to do with originality, some say the background story of a piece is the key. Even professionals often couldn’t decide what made a piece of art good.
Are artists selfish?
The answer is no. The only way that any of them would be considered technically selfish, is if they didn’t share their lovely creations with the world. When it comes to art, the best thing to be is self-orientated. It’s what creates an artist’s style.
Why is bad art popular?
It’s created as social commentary. As a means to discomfort an audience or make the audience think critically about whatever the artist wants them to focus on. Why it was created sometimes means more than the creation itself. It doesn’t have to be pretty, or technically skillful.
